Preconstruction Planning

We have an in house design team to help you design your dream home. We will develop plans and work with the City or County to provide all necessary documents for plans submittal. We have relationships with Structural, Civil and Geotechnical Engineers, as needed.

We also work with your architect if you already have plans.

With 30+ years of hands on experience to draw from,

I am able to help my customers see their visions and dreams come to life.

Starting in the construction industry as a teen, and continuing in the building trade my whole career, I have had the privilege to work on some amazing projects as either a lead carpenter, project manager, or business owner. My client and project list encompasses every type of build, from multi-million dollar luxury estate properties to one-of-a-kind island homes, and from major remodels to high-end custom home additions. Each of my customers becomes a part of my extended family and they know the can call upon me any time during or after completion of their project.
